I went through the book again, this time finding 2 things, as explained earlier in this thread.

The Acknowledgements are not numbered correctly, and there is a number 1 at the beginning of the date 1788 that is formatted incorrectly as a footnote number on Page 144.

That is all I could find wrong. I will think about things until tomorrow.
