Hi Joe, The page count shows up in the bottom left corner of the screen when I am in Word 2010. It shows in something called the status bar which is a light blue bar that goes across the bottom of the Word file. I don't know if it one has to turn it on, or if that bar is always present. When I right click on the bar a menu titled "customize status bar" comes up. I notices that my page number and word count options are checked. Anyways, that is how I know the page count of the documents. It says "page 1 of 175" if I am on the very first unnumbered page, or if I am on the very last page of the document is says "page 175 of 175," or whatever page I happen to be on it gives that page number and then the total page count. --------------------- I don't have a saved copy of Joe's Slaw, so if you can send it, I can figure a place for it and if you want it moved from where I include it, we can then move it. Also, when I was talking about the line spacing, I was speaking of the actual space between the word lines as in: single space or double space. I wasn't speaking of the space between words. That is automatically controlled by the right margin justification feature which makes all the lines of words end at exactly the same margin. However, I am thinking about changing bear word size to 15 which may help make the words not be spread out so much. Since I changed the spacing between the lines the 16 size appears larger than Joe Words. Anyways, I will mess with formatting a little, and then send the doc back to you to let you see if you like the looks of the font size/spacing, then when I have your OK, I will start reading and making corrections if I should find any more. Does that sound OK? I smiled when I saw I made you smile. Smiles are contagious. They are easily exchanged at Walmart, and I notices that nowadays we are all so busy in our own little rushed worlds that we no longer smile at one another, as in saying, "Hi." I notice it brightens peoples faces when I give them a smile. A very free and easy thing to do when I remember. I read a book one time that said to sing and be happy when doing housework as it affects the children in a positive way. I am grumpy sometimes instead. ...
