I counted the pages not numbered and added that to the page numbering. I sure could have miscounted.
I think you are right about the bear words spacing: in need of fixing. I did not know how to fix it, and I thought it might be fixed with some final format process. Some words show up far apart in some sentences and other words are close together as if the formatting process is automatically adjusting sentence or paragraph length.
If you can figure out how to normalize all of those things then there may be room for a recipe. Did you have a copy of a Joe's Slaw recipe already saved? I can write another one if needed.
