So, if you are moral, human, a person with a conscience, then the deliberate, willful, murder of babies is a self-governing thing first, then a family thing, then a religious thing. Why would there ever be a demand for a city ordinance, let alone a state law, let alone a supposed "National" law, or a Global Law?
