JOE, could you please look at this as I think that I have re punctuated in order to keep the meaning as you intended...i.e. genuine democracy which is called mob rule by the counterfeiters.

AS WAS:
You have explained, right there, that which is genuine "democracy" or "mob rule" as the counterfeiters are apt to call it.

changed to:
