7/7/13 Page 93 Person A is paid some 16,000 Federal Reserve Notes, I'm not sure if I remember the number right, for playing cards at the local Army base most of the time for a month while they are out in the desert, and then it is "show time," and they pretend to be Iraqi citizens, and the Troops pretend to be "spreading democracy" on them.
