Thanks for the email! You need to make sure you get your book into the correct template for the trim size you are interested in printing. There is a link for our templates page on the top of most of our sites. The first step you need to take would be to create a quote on our website. You can create a quote and sign up for an account on our site, here: http://print.bookbaby.com/Default.aspx
You need to select all the options you want for your book and include the quantity and page count as well on the right hand side. The price is going to be set up on the bottom right hand side. Once you create the quote and sign in or sign up for an account, the quote will be saved in your account. At that point you will be able to download the template for your book content and book cover.
