 What if God made life to give individual perspective a place to grow more powerful?

What if The Devil was every individual perspective at the weakest level of power?

So then the time alive is an opportunity to gain power, to then hope for another opportunity to gain more power when, in time, death takes that one individual life?

Will power increases are not so much as a given, as they are earnings.
