Liberty Day, for many, is not today.
Two things strike me this morning as things worth spreading, items of information, and my comments intend to convey my angle of view on those things.
1.:
War Criminal at Large
That is a former war criminal at large, the power to commit war crimes has been passed on to a new war criminal. The reason why I see this as being important news involves a few things that collide from different angles. One thing is the Swiss thing. The Swiss thing was the thing that some of the American Founding Fathers wanted to emulate. That thing was a working Democratic Federated Republican Competitive Experimental form of government, or, almost the exact opposite of a Dictatorship, or Fascism, or Consolidated (Monopoly) Government, or Monarchism, or any arrangement whereby the power to do things is controlled by a very few, or one, upon the many, or upon those that are not among those few, or that one.
Historical examples abound at to dictatorships, and few examples are allowed by the dictatorships to oppose the dictatorships. The two exceptions I've read about are The Swiss Model, and the model that was modeled after the Swiss Model, which is The Articles of Confederation working in America in between the time when the British Monarchy worked Despotically upon the people in America, and then the U.S.A. Inc. (LLC) Fascist State working Despotically upon the entire world, with few exceptions, after The Articles of Confederation were fraudulently usurped (gotten rid of).
The long standing Swiss Model remained neutral in World War I, and World War II, and the Swiss Model copied and used in America to drive out the British may have remained neutral during World War I, and World War II too, had it not been fraudulently usurped (gotten rid of) from within.
The Swiss Model has not been gotten rid of from within Switzerland as yet.
Enter stage left:
War Criminals touring the world seeking more profits from wars, being paid to speak to the other profiteers, a jolly good show, with one problem - and I quote:
Former U.S. President George W. Bush has cancelled a visit to Switzerland over fears he could have been arrested on torture charges.
If God wants people to torture each other, for fun, and profit, then there are those who prefer otherwise, and those outcasts may yet be capable of avoiding the dirty business, avoiding the act of torturing other people, and avoiding the injury of being tortured by other people. Those non-believers, in the torture for hire, torture for fun, and torture for profit business, may also have enough power to discourage such behavior.
That is news.
2.
Oil again
There is power in oil, and it is accurately measurable, impossible to falsify, power is measurable in specific units like Watts.
Bullshit ALERT!!!
Most people don't know how monopoly power works, and that is a monopoly power at work. There is power in knowing; when you are the only one's knowing.
Example:
A power supply exists (knowledge, oil, a ready supply of millions of human drones who will obey every order no matter how evil or patently absurd those orders are - in fact), and the power that exits can produce heaven on earth for whomever gains access to that power.
Everyone has it, and therefore no one has more than anyone else.
A few have it, and therefore those who don't have it will do just about anything to get it - from those who have it.
What, then, now that you have a working understanding of how monopoly power works, which may be a wild ass assumption on my part, but I can go with it, to sling it out there, and see if any of it sticks, or if it just bounces off the armor of falsehood.
Going with it, then, this assumption that some people may gain the power of knowing how monopoly power works, then I'm going to list a few things that must be kept scarce, a few powerful things that can't be allowed to be controlled by everyone, not nearly everyone, and in practical terms, the list of things must only be controlled by a few people, in order for monopoly power to work as it is intended to work for the monopolists, or despots, or what I call Legal Criminals.
1. Land
2. Potable Water
3. Food
4. Fuel (Oil, Coal, Wood, Electricity, Sunlight, see # 2 above)
5. Knowledge
6. Common Sense
7. Connectivity
8. Equity
9. Voluntary Defensive Mutual Cooperation (government)
10. Economic Power (division of labor, specialization, and economies of scale)
Take one.

Who has exclusive control over the facts?
Skeptical?
When power is abundant (a demonstrable fact) there has to be another reason to explain starvation of millions of people, the torture of millions of people, and the mass murder of millions of people, since it is not for lack of power existing, it is for the lack of power being available to those victims.
Suppose, for example, that we do two things now.
We imagine ourselves back in time before World War II (or World War I), or World Wars I and II, as if it were one war, and the other thing we do is imagine ourselves in the future: after World War III.
What would have happened of all the victims of World War I, II, and III, all knew better?
What would have happened if they were all more like The Swiss?
They all avoided the whole mess, opted out?
Where did they get the power to do so, and how did they overcome the forces that kept that power from flowing to them, without resorting to feeding upon each other?
What do you think will happen if you stop feeding the Legal Criminals?
They will feed upon each other until there are no more left.
