Victims learn the truth.
All the victims know, when it is their turn on the rack, very soon they learn at that point, while pleading for mercy, that it isn't a mistake.
It isn't a mistake anymore, at that point, clearly known, clearly understood, as the hot metal penetrates and the stench fills the air.
The hired torturer keeps torturing, because someone paid for that, someone hired that, it is not an accident.
So, follow the money, now, because the rack isn't the place, or the time, to check to see who is hiring these guys, with their skills, and their specialties, and their ability, and their power to torture so well. Such good people, at torturing, and mass murdering. Give them a medal, they are really that good.
