Today is 11-10-11 Liberty Day is, and it is both perception and reality, since perception is the link to reality. On my desk is a news item describing the Occupy Wall Street phenomenon, which is one word, and one word merely points a perspective to a reality of many things. There are as many solutions to the problems facing mankind as there are people and moments left in the life span of our species. Some are moving toward a new connection between some people, and that connection can move away from a very solid, measurable, and destructive connection between criminals who stole the power of law and their hapless victims. Here is the link: Managed ignorance Here is a quote: If the Post, and other media players, stepped away from Zuccotti Park, or flashpoint rallies, they might see something different: seriousness, cooperation, an "open-source movement " that is actually (really, it is!) different in key ways from other social justice coalitions that have come before it, instead of trying to fit this into a traditional media narrative. Note the use of the term Open Source as a way of describing, and seeing, how people are driven, or polarized, to accomplish a goal - one goal. An open source thing starts out as one person's idea, or a thousand people having the same idea at once, and then more people have the same idea, and those people connect to each other, and the idea becomes reality; an example is an open source computer program. An open source computer program can be seen as a Wikipedia article with an exception. Open source does not include censors who cut off contributors to the open source. I know, by experimentation, that Wikipedia is not open source, it is dictatorial in nature, because it is run by people who use their power to censor specific adaptations offered to the development of the open source project in question. Open source is akin to Liberty. Liberty is akin to open source. As soon as any person gains the power to exclude anyone from adding to the development of the project then the open source closes on that person who has been excluded by that other person. That is closed by definition, by the act of closing that source. Each person is a leader, each person has access, each person can only exclude their own connection to the open source, voluntarily. Additions to the source that are not welcome are then not welcome only to those people who don't welcome those additions and anyone else who might welcome those additions has access to those additions. This is the polar opposite of dictatorship. Open source is liberty, is freedom, is opposite of exclusion, opposite of imposed exile, opposite of censorship, opposite of punishment, opposite of one-way-communication, and opposite of dictatorship. What that means, in open source, is that the product of effort may be as many versions of the product as there are people and as their are minutes in the day that allow opportunity to adapt the product, to change it, to adjust it, to refine it, and to fit the product to the current demand for the product. What that also means, as anyone can connect to the product, at any time, is a power of numbers acting upon the product that can be called popularity, or that process of all those people acting on the product can be called majority rule, or that force acting on that product can be called democracy, as one version of the product becomes more current, gaining more, and more acceptance, more and more use, more and more favor among more and more numbers of people, until such time as there will be a clear winner of that competition, as the single best version of the product is the one on the top of the list, the one version that fits the most use the best at that time until such time as someone offers and improved version at that new time. That happens also to be the polar opposite of patent rights; whereby the force of law is used to enforce such things as "intellectual property rights", whereby anyone caught using an idea is punished for the use of an idea, and these are the gaping holes becoming visible to the masses as the dogma of enforced capitalism are exposed like the Emperors New Clothes. When power is abundant, flowing like clean air, clean water, and like sunlight on a warm summer day, whose going to work to death to pay someone else to get those powers? There is a vested interest in making power scarce held by those who profit from that managed scarcity, especially the scarcity known as ignorance, or an even more debilitating scarcity known as stupidity, or an even more debilitating scarcity knowable as a religious fanaticism toward preserving the power of falsehood, as if falsehood is GOD. In whose best interest, for example, is it to enforce a legal money monopoly as opposed to the polar opposite which would be an open source money competition? How interesting is legal money monopoly banking interest? You may not want to ask, and that is interesting enough. Why do you not want to ask? Are you too busy with having to work, and produce things of value, so busy as to not have any time left to consider competitive options that arise from knowledge power gained investigating accurate answers to vital questions? Why do you have to work so hard for so little in return? Why do you see your children having to work even harder for less? Why does all economic and political power flow from the many to the few to a point at which the many owe every moment of their time working to make the few happier each day, while the many grow tortuously more miserable each day? Legal monopoly banking interest is a flow of money, which is the power to purchase or it isn't money, from those who make valuable things to those who have the one, exclusive, power to create legal money. Those few people merely type, as I am typing now, digits into their banking account and then they sell the power in those accounts to other people, and in return the sellers receive banking interest payments, in the form of banking interest, from the buyer of that money, that same money that was vapor moments before the criminals typed the additional digits into their own banking accounts. Tons of hundred dollar bills loaded onto pallets, requiring fork lifts to handle the weight, flow from those criminals to the enemies of you and me, by command, and not by accident, as that power to enforce a legal banking monopoly is protected as an exclusive legal right, like a patent on sunlight, or a patent on fire, or a patent on clean water, or a patent on clear breathable air. How much would you pay the single legal provider of clean breathable air once that single legal provider began to constrict your supply, and as that single legal provider began to pump more air, abundantly flowing, to your enemies? Can't you see, your enemies are here, they own and control you through the legally enforced money monopoly, and those few people having that legal license have enough power to buy anything that can be purchased anytime, all they have to do is add zeros to their account, and so long as that dollar denomination remains powerful so long will that dollar denomination be powerful enough to buy anything, anytime, anything that can be bought. What is the one thing that Occupy Wall Street and The Tea Party both work to remedy? We will know when the remedy takes effect, and we won't know so long as no remedy is produced by anyone. I have a clearly obvious, accurate, remedy in view. Why can't you see it? Product 1 would be a competitive legal monetary product that is offered to anyone on the globe as an earned interest free mortgage on one home and one business property. Product 2 would be a competitive legal monetary product that is offered to anyone on Earth as an earned interest-free loan of purchasing power that costs the borrower 1 percent interest for purchases that are used to purchase power producing products whereby the power produced by the product is accurately measurable as an amount of power that is more power than the power consumed in the purchase of the product, such as a Solar Panel, or an Electric Car, to name just two examples. Why is that not an obvious way out of the legal crime connection that currently can lead to the extinction of the human species, or lesser crimes like World War III, as many now march toward? If seeing is believing, then look. Legal money competition (forcing quality up and cost down) Time Banking and Local Currencies
