Digg posted the "Story".
Now I will try to comment on my "Story" as a test for adding comments. I do this because I tried to comment on the following story but was unable to do so:

I tried to comment on that story about 5 times and the 'comment' hung up for much longer than 5 minutes.
So...I'll comment once without a link on my new Digg Story and then I will link to "The History of Oil" link.

I am conducting a test to see if this comment will post. I could not comment on another 'Story' concerning Hugo Chavez and the U.S.A. (CIA) criminal assasination plot.
It is now 9:48 my time and the comment on my own Digg Story is still hung up.
I'll try refreshing my comment and I will post here the URL before and after the refresh (just because).
